I take My Mother here whenever She wants to Ship Gifts & Cookies 🍪 to Her Grandson. Kim the Manager is Awesome. She is Always So Friendly as Well as Helpful. She Always eases My Mom's Nerves that Her Package will be Ok. We Love Kim, She is just So Amazing

I am not sure if they were both having a bad day, but both staff were absolutely rude and seemed bothered by having to do work. While one was helping me mail a package, the other came out to help a customer, begrudgingly, and then stomped into the back saying she's done and wants to quit. I was there a total of 5 minutes tops and it was very awkward. Zero greeting when entering or kind word to end the transaction. I thanked her for the service and received a mumbled you're welcome. Yikes.

I have used this place for many years and though everyone is nice and helpful their employee Kaya was able to go above and beyond to help me with important documents I needed she also has my copies ready to go!

I came in to return some Amazon items. Although, 24 hours later, my items weren't showing as returned. So, I had to call and was then told that their internet was down when I returned my items and that caused the delay. I would have liked to been informed of this when I dropped off the items. Even though the employees were very friendly, they should have informed customers about the problem.

For Notarizing at the reasonable rate of $10.00 for my one document. Not sure if it is $10.00 per document and I do not know if you receive discounts past a certain number of pages. But, Thank you Kimberly for making my first experience so pleasant. Oh printing is $0.10 per page (I assume that is for one-sided black and white) since this is what I did.😉
